Colleen Parsons

Colleen works with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, ADHD, relationship challenges, and questions of identity, purpose, and meaning.

Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck; stuck in patterns of living, stuck in relationships, stuck in a certain way of feeling, or stuck in their life direction.  We often can’t see how to move beyond our current circumstance and sometimes question who we are, what matters most, or how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling.  We might find ourselves quietly struggling with depression or anxiety feeling exhausted and disconnected.  If you’ve found yourself in any of this, you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

Colleen’s approach integrates evidence-based practices and philosophical exploration to help you strengthen resilience, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility. Through mindfulness-based interventions that help clients increase their capacity to tolerate difficult emotions and experiences while deepening insight into the patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives that may be holding them back. As the noise of self-judgment, fear, and overwhelm begins to quiet, there is often more space for your authentic voice to emerge—allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and meaning. Together, we'll create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand what you're experiencing, build practical tools for coping, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned with your values.
