Women Outside: Hiking Group
ENROLLMENT CLOSED
Access the therapeutic benefits of time spent in nature while connecting with other women and learning skills to become proficient at hiking, navigation, and hike preparation. This 6-week group will also prepare those who are interested in the Therapeutic Backpacking group, which culminates in an overnight backpacking trip.

Challenge yourself to adventure beyond your day-to-day while benefitting from nature’s healing affects and connecting with other women. This 6-week group will teach backpacking skills, including hiking, hike planning, food prep, trail safety, and Leave No Trace principles and will culminate in an overnight backpacking trip.
