Feel Better— Mind and Body
Therapy for adults, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, ADHD, chronic pain and other persistent physical symptoms, sleep difficulties, and other experiences that can make it harder to feel like yourself.
Therapy that helps you get out of survival mode—and back into your life
Go Beyond Talk
-
At Experiential Minds Therapy, we help adults, teens, and young adults understand what's happening beneath the surface and develop practical ways to feel more grounded, resilient, and engaged in their lives.
Our therapists integrate evidence-based approaches with mindfulness, somatic and experiential therapies to help you create change that goes beyond simply talking about what's wrong.
More Than Just Getting By
-
Maybe your mind never seems to turn off.
You overthink. You push through. You hold everything together.
Or maybe anxiety, ADHD, stress, trauma, pain, or poor sleep are making everyday life harder than it should feel.
You may even understand why you feel the way you do, but knowing hasn't necessarily changed how you feel.
Therapy can help you move beyond understanding what's happening to actually experiencing something different.
At Experiential Minds, we work with the whole person—thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, body, and nervous system—to help you develop skills that translate into everyday life.
Therapy Designed Around You
-
Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
When your brain is always anticipating what's next, it can be difficult to ever feel truly off duty. Therapy can help you understand patterns of anxiety and stress while building more flexible ways of responding to life's demands.

Trauma & Nervous System Regulation
Trauma isn't only something we remember—it can influence how we respond to stress, relationships, emotions, and sensations in the present. Somatic and experiential approaches can help you build greater capacity for safety, connection, and choice.

ADHD & Neurodivergence
ADHD can affect far more than attention—from motivation and organization to emotional regulation, relationships, and self-esteem. Therapy can help you understand how your brain works and develop strategies that fit your life rather than constantly fighting against it.

Chronic Pain & Sleep
Pain and insomnia can create powerful cycles involving the brain, body, attention, emotion, and nervous system. Evidence-based approaches can help change those cycles and build greater confidence in your body's ability to rest, recover, and engage with life.

More Than Talk Therapy
-
Insight matters. But sometimes insight alone isn't enough.
Our therapists draw from evidence-based, experiential, mindfulness-based, and body-based approaches to help you not only understand patterns but practice new ways of responding to them.
Depending on your therapist and your goals, treatment may incorporate:
Somatic therapy • CBT • ACT • MBCT • CBT-I • Pain Reprocessing Therapy • Mindfulness • Biofeedback • Nature-based approaches
-
Therapy That Extends Beyond the Therapy Room
Some clients benefit from traditional office or virtual therapy. Others connect more deeply through mindfulness, movement, body awareness, biofeedback, or time outdoors.
We believe therapy works best when what happens in session becomes something you can actually use in your life.
Depending on your goals and therapist, treatment may include experiential practices that help you notice patterns, experiment with new responses, and build greater confidence in your ability to navigate difficult moments.
-
You Don't Have to Know Exactly What You Need.
You may know you're anxious but not know why.
You may wonder whether ADHD is contributing to your overwhelm.
You may have tried therapy before but want something more experiential.
Or you may simply know that the way you're feeling isn't how you want to keep living.
That's enough of a place to start.
Schedule a free consultation, tell us what's going on, and we'll help you decide whether Experiential Minds—and which therapist—might be a good fit.

Not sure who would be the best fit?
You don't need to figure that out on your own. Tell us a little about what you're looking for, and we'll help you find the best fit.
For Teens & Young Adults
-
Growing up comes with a lot to navigate.
Academic pressure. Anxiety. ADHD. Relationships. Independence. Identity. College. Career decisions. Family expectations.
Therapy can provide teens and young adults with a place to make sense of what's happening while developing practical skills for managing emotions, relationships, stress, and change.
Our approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
